Family ties between the people in the picture are many and complex.

Arthur in Östistuga and Anna at Hägen were cousins. Anna was married to Carl, who was the cousin of her father. Arthur was also a cousin of Carl. Albertina at Del was aunt to Arthur. Lars Daniel and Carl on Högens father was second cousins and so on.

Geneaology

Thanks to Pelle Norelius research, we know the names of those who were born, lived and died in Kalvlund as far back as the 1600s.

Three family branches stands out among those who lived in Kalvlund.

The descendants of Jon & Gunilla in Ekenäs. For many coming generations they populated most homes in Kalvlund, Häljelund, Lilla Ekenäs, Rösstegen and Ekenäs. Click on the link on the right side "The people of

Kalvlund" to get to the family tree.

As the name indicates, the family tree follows only the descendants of Jon and Gunilla who was born and/or

came to live in Kalvlund and it ends with the ones born about 1920. Some pictures added, you can click on each

picture to enlarge it.

The Brask-family came to Kalvlund with Daniel Brask at the beginning of the 1800s. Daniel married Catharina Börjesdotter, who was a decendant of Jon & Gunilla.

All branches of the Mossberg-book except NYL and JOR derived from Malin Jonsdotter and Jordan Mossberg.

Malin was granddaughter of Jon and Gunilla.

Most of the Mossberg-genera have thus it's ancestry in Kalvlund.
